All our products are made-to-order, which means we create your item specifically for you after you place an order. This allows us to reduce waste and offer a wide variety of designs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or for ordering the wrong size. Please double-check your sizing before placing your order.

If there is a problem with your order:
We are happy to offer a refund or a free replacement in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- Misprinted Items: If the design is misprinted, or the wrong design was sent.
- Wrong Product: If you received the wrong item, size, or color.

How to submit a claim:
If any of the above issues apply to your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item by emailing brian@sktchymtb.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the product showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
We will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
