• All our products are made-to-order, which means we create your item specifically for you after you place an order. This allows us to reduce waste and offer a wide variety of designs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or for ordering the wrong size. Please double-check your sizing before placing your order.

    We are happy to offer a refund or a free replacement in the following cases:

    • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
    • Misprinted Items: If the design is misprinted, or the wrong design was sent.
    • Wrong Product: If you received the wrong item, size, or color.
  • How to submit a claim:

    If any of the above issues apply to your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item by emailing brian@sktchymtb.com with the following information:

    1. Your order number.
    2. A clear photo of the product showing the issue.
    3. A brief description of the problem.

    We will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
