The "No Worries" Returns

Thanks for backing us. We’re a small crew dedicated to supporting our rider community and making sure you feel pinned on the trails. We get it—sometimes a jersey fits tighter than expected over body armor, or a color doesn't look the way you thought it would. If your gear isn't right, we want to fix it.

Because we are a small, rider-supported operation, we handle every single return by hand. Below details how we can work together to get you squared away.

The Golden Rule: Fresh & Clean

We want you to try your gear on at home! But once it hits the dirt, it’s yours. To qualify for a return or exchange, your items must be:

  • Unwashed and unworn (living room fit-checks = awesome; trail laps = non-returnable).
  • Free of mud, chain grease, sweat, and pet hair.
  • In its original packaging with all the tags still attached.

How It Works:

  1. Shoot us an email: Drop a line to [brian@SKTCHYMTB.com] with your order number and what you’d like to do (swap for a different size, exchange for another item, or get a refund).
  2. Send a quick photo: To help us keep things moving fast and prevent fraud, please attach a quick photo showing the tags are attached and the gear is clean.
  3. Get your label: Once we verify the photo, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges and Store Credits

If you love the gear but just need a different size, or want to swap it for a different style, we will cover the cost of the return shipping label.

We want to ensure you get the perfect fit for the trails.

Refunds

If you just want your money back, we completely understand. We will issue a refund to your original payment method. Because we are a small business, we just ask that you help us cover the cost of the return postage—a flat $7 fee will be deducted from your total refund to cover the label we send you.

What Happens to Your Returned Gear?

Transparency is everything to us. Since we can't send items back to the factory, any gear that is perfectly clean gets carefully re-bagged and set aside for the local riding community.

We bring these to local race pop-ups to sell at a heavy discount to budget-strapped riders, or donate them to the local trail builders who spend their weekends digging the tracks we all love. Your support stays in the community!
